My Ghosts

Trey Connor

TREY CONNOR is a 22-year-old modern Indie artist with established roots in rock music from a small town near Detroit/Flint MI. At age 15 (2012) Trey formed and fronted the Modern Rock band Bulletproof Snow and in the next few years, wrote and released two EP’s, “Punished For My Innocence” and “Here We Come”. The band also received various awards, including the Detroit Music Awards People's Choice Award for Trey’s song “Here We Come” (2015). Trey’s musical tastes were also changing and, in the spring of 2015, while searching for a more mainstream pop/rock sound, he discovered award winning producer Tommee Profitt, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After graduating high school (2015) Trey was eager to begin working with Profitt, when his plans were changed when he was invited to attend “The Voice” Season 10 casting finals in L.A. Despite filming and rehearsing at Universal Studios for an extended period, Trey never did appear on the show as teams filled up before he could perform his “BLIND AUDITION" for celebrity coaches. After his experience with “The Voice”, Trey was finally able to reconnect with Profitt and went on to record/release his first solo EP project in late 2016. The debut single “Hold On” (Nov. 2016) and related EP, “While Everything Is Now” (Dec. 2016) were followed by the “Hold On Music Video” (Aug. 2017) and, most recently, the “My Ghosts Music Video” (April 2018). Facing the challenges of essentially “starting over” again, Trey continues his musical journey with his September 2018 relocation to Austin TX and September 2019 completion of debut full length album "Horizons" that is scheduled for release in early 2020.
